Evaluations
The purpose behind modern psychological evaluation is to try and pinpoint what is happening in someone's psychological life that may be inhibiting their ability to behave or feel in more appropriate or constructive way. A psychological evaluation may result in a diagnosis of a mental illness. A psychiatric assessment is most commonly carried out for clinical and therapeutic purposes, to establish a diagnosis and formulation of the individual's problems, and to plan the individual's care and treatment.

Trauma Focused CBT
We provide our clients with evidence-based psychotherapy that aims at addressing the needs of children and adolescents with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and other difficulties related to traumatic life events. The goal of Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is to provide psychoeducation to both the child and the caregivers and help them to identify and cope with emotions, thoughts and behaviors.
Families
Psychotherapy that works with families and couples in intimate relationships to nurture change and development. It tends to view change in terms of the systems of interaction between family members. It emphasizes family relationships as an important factor in psychological health.

Children
Our process varies with respect to the problem being addressed and to the age and other individual characteristics of the child. Although such interventions share some approaches, treatment methods can be quite different from each other.

Play Therepy
Play therapy is generally employed with children aged 3 through 11 and provides a way for them to express their experiences and feelings through a natural, self-guided, self-healing process. Play therapy is a form of counseling or psychotherapy that uses play to communicate with and help people, especially children, to prevent or resolve psychosocial challenges. This is thought to help them towards better social integration, growth and development, emotional modulation, and trauma resolution.

Parent–child interaction therapy (PCIT)
Parent–child interaction therapy (PCIT) is an evidence-based treatment (EBT) for young children with emotional and behavioral disorders that places emphasis on improving the quality of the parent-child relationship and changing parent-child interaction patterns.
